Quality Home Check-Up Services

Brian Hume's Home Check Up Services are customized for your needs but can include: 

- Property and Site:  We will check and inspect your property and landscaping for fallen trees, note any new pine beetle activity, and in general survey (and photo) your property, noting turf-plant health and overall condition. 

- Outside Home:  We'll do a visual inspection and condition check of roof, gutters, downspouts, decks, steps, out-buildings and patios looking for any "new" damage, as well as noting any "mountain home upkeep" that we find. 

- Inside Home:  We check and confirm electricity, hot water, natural gas and solar equipment are functioning properly.  Beyond the mechanical room, we check for air leaks throughout the house and do an overall safety and security check. 

- Maintenance Recommendations:  We'll note any items that need your attention (for example: deck could use powerwash and re-stain, outdoor caulking around windows suggested)

While we have created this "outline" of checks to do, we'll spend the time with each customer and homeowner to understand their property and note any special circumstances or issues we may need to keep a vigilant watch over.
