While you are away, we'll check on your Breckenridge, Summit or Park County home as often as you wish (Standard Service is Weekly or Monthly). We will do an overall house and property check - heat, hot water, electricity and will confirm everything is as you left it. We'll send you detailed photos and emails. If anything urgent or unusual is discovered, we'll call. We can handle any small, medium or large projects that you desire to do, but for this service, we'll just "Check-Up" on you home and report what we find and help you with any logistics you need handled for maintenance or upgrades.
